# User Agreement

The HYBOND User Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which investors may access and use the HYBOND vault. By participating in HYBOND, investors agree to be bound by these terms.

Key provisions include:

* Eligibility requirements (KYC/KYT compliance, whitelisting)
* Rights and obligations of token holders
* Subscription and redemption terms
* Fee disclosures
* Limitation of liability
